When the School Leadership Center was first formed, all new Fellows attended the International Network of Principal Centers Conversation after their first Summer Institute. The Center hosted the Conference in 2001 and will again in 2008.  Now that the Center hosts its own conversation, five principals from all Fellows are chosen to attend the International Network of Principals Center Conversation. Many new ideas are brought back to share with all principals in the region each year.
