The Spring Conversation is the largest conversation held by the Center. All Fellows are invited to attend the conversation which is held Wednesday through Friday in the spring. Guest speakers who are experts in their fields are invited and small group conversations take place through the day on Thursday. Wednesday and Thursday nights and Friday morning are used for networking and reflection opportunities.

This conversation is modeled along the lines of the international conversation help by the International Network of Principal Centers (INPC). Because of the success of previous conversations, mini-conversations are planned throughout the year when renowned speakers are in New Orleans for other conferences.
